FACTORS AFFECTING EMPLOYEE TURNOVER IN MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES IN MALAYSIA

The purpose of this research paper is to investigate the factors affecting employee turnover in multi-national companies Malaysia. descriptive design used with view getting an expansive explanation about problems and country. A quantitative method has been quantify problem by way generating numerical data that can be transformed into usable statistics. To collect data, study distributed a survey questionnaire total 250 respondents. findings showed job dissatisfaction work-life imbalance have significant positive relationship turnover. also found training & development programs negative Lastly, that, rewards system had either no, or less MNCs provided some recommendations on how prevent high Employees were certain views work-related matters, especially when it concerned their balanced being consulted for more efficient productive. implications contribute guiding government policy makers will ensure working environment all employees.
